Training System is developed to be fully synchronized and compatible with Consulting System, so we could prepare all employees for all forthcoming stages, not only for their organizational segment, but for any other.
Our aim is to make sure every employee acquires the fact that improvement of each department is essential for improvement of the Company as a whole.
Training courses are divided in three stages:
1. Classroom lessons
2. Practical use and adjustment to current market conditions
3. Usage maximization
