Business Consulting approach that we have developed is unique.

It is a three stage process*.

In the First Stage we work exclusively on parts of an organization that initiate and carry out all approaching changes:

  1. Sales
  2. Logistics
  3. Sales Administration

First, we build efficiently controlled device which in no time knows where it is, what is her goal, how to reach it and what tools should be used.

From our experience, it is essential for the device to know exactly when it is safe to accelerate, change direction, slow down and for how long, without compromising her existence and primary interests, both her and her owner on its way.

The Second Stage is focused to all other sections inside the Company where they all have the same assignment - to improve their own business procedures, in order to synchronize with the growing sales intensity and the needs of Sales department.

Sales orientation has to be integrated into all procedures, processes and daily tasks to become the generator of the Sales improvement.

The Third Stage is the main phase for long-term achievements: connecting all organizational parts and eliminating conflicts.

It is completely natural that every part of organizational structure tends to encapsulate within itself. The final effect is that one segment starts to pull the other back, and, being this process is reversible, strong organizational segments very soon start to weaken each other.

 

With our valuable experience, trying to stop that implosion, we have developed special training courses:

  • for every non-sales department - courses that teach them how to understand the sales department, to become familiar with their business approach and their needs, so they could learn how to improve sales department without jeopardizing their own organizational integrity.
  • for every sales department - courses that teach them how to understand the other department, their assignments and responsibilities, in order to use it for quality improvement
